This property also benefits from being recognised by the local council as an "alojamento local" which means the house complies with all safety requirements and is recognised as a licensed property by the local authorities.

The cottage is simple, cosy and decorated in a typically Portuguese style. There is a good sized kitchen with fireplace and access to a lovely private terrace with barbeque and good views of the Monchique mountains.

There are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a small shower room. At the front of the property is a cosy lounge with television transmitting in Portuguese, DVD and various DVD's..
