The quinta is situated in the Costa Vincentina natural park near the village of Vila do Bispo in the unspoilt Western Algarve - a surfer's, birdwatcher's and walker's paradise! This is a real country retreat where you are able to relax and really enjoy the tranquil location.

Set in mature gardens with heated swimming pool and views over the rolling countryside in Soalherias in the unspoilt Western Algarve.

The property is situated just a few minutes from the village of Vila do Bispo, which offers a good choice of shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive away and both the West and South coasts are within easy reach.

The property is offered on a self catering basis and comprises:

Ground Floor: Large entrance hall, with stairs to the first floor. Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, with fish and wok burners and an electric oven. There is also a separate utility room outside with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge and dining areas lead from the kitchen and have satellite TV (transmitting channels in English), a DVD and CD/Radio. There are also a selection of DVD's for all members of the family. Also on the ground floor is one double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table and a family bathroom with W.C., wash hand basin and bath with shower over. There is also a self contained unit on this floor comprising one twin bedroom with wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside table and an en-suite shower room. In addition there is also a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a separate dressing room. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with wardrobes and dressing tables and an en-suite bathroom consisting of a W.C., wash hand basin and a bath with shower over. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large, well-equipped playroom can also be found on this floor. The outside area has a heated swimming pool and terraces on both the ground and first floor, along with various seating areas amongst the fruit trees and flower beds. Rental Prices 2010 (5% I.V.A, included)

30% deposit required on reservation. If you book less than 8 weeks before your holiday then the full balance becomes payable immediately.

FLIGHT & TRAVEL INFORMATION

Flights should be taken into Faro airport which lies approximately one hour and ten minutes from the property.
